After Vodacom failed to honour their promise of next day delivery, multiple times, I requested the order to be cancelled. I requested this cancellation with 3 different people at Vodacom, and yet I am still waiting for confirmation of this cancellation. The call centre agents can't confirm the cancellation and I get no feedback after I requested the matter to be escalated.
They didn't deliver my phone, and they're not cancelling the order either, so I can't go to a store to get another phone.
I have three other Vodacom contracts, and this is how they choose to repay that loyalty.
