I have tried 3 separate occasions on 3 separate days in the past week (all non public holidays ie work days) and have been on the phone for as long as 30-50mins each time and still got through to no-one at Telkom. Absolutely disgusting especially when I used to advocate that things were looking up there!! In addition I cannot log the fault online as an old fault ref 355CWK150913 has not been cleared from their system and as such you cannot log a new fault if an old one is still not closed which is not very intuitive.
Please get someone to contact me asap regarding ADSL support or we shall be porting our line to Mweb where I will not have to deal with Telkom ever again.
