MTN INSURANCE IS A

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 mini on contract with MTN, two months ago.
The very next day after I purchased the phone, an agent from MTN Insurance called me to offer insurance, I took the other as it sounded like I could benefit from it.4 days ago I dropped my phone on accident while walking down the stairs, fell face down on the screen, screen is cracked an unable to switch on. I tried calling MTN insurance on 0831236084 - no answer, for the past 5 days? Where are these people as they are 24/7 unreachable. When the agent wanted me to join the insurance company, he was quick to phone me and make all this seem so lovely yet now when I need help I cannot reach anyone, I live alone with my daughter, and I have not had a phone for the last 5 days, anything can happen, how do I reach anyone incase of an emergency, they are so inconsiderate, I need a loan phone in the mean time but do you think I can get hold of them? NO!!! what am I paying insurance for then?
I also emailed my claims form and still haven't heard anything back yet, it always says the haven't received it yet when I call,
I am so disappointed by MTN as I am a new customer, I have always been with Vodacom.
