My phone has been damaged due to handling, and i am unable to reach the MTN SP Insurance call centre, i have tried on numerous occasions to get hold of them telephonically and i have sent them numerous e-mails as well, this is absolute RUBBISH, i would like to know what I'm paying for if i am unable to get hold of my own Insurance company! I have physically gone to an MTN branch - They have told me that they are unable to process anything to do with MTN SP Insurance.! I only have 30 days to lodge a claim, up until now (I Have been waiting for nearly a week for a response) i still haven't made any progress due to their lack of Customer service!!!
