NOKIA LUMEA NOT ON INSURANCE/BAD SERVICE

MTN CELLPHONE CONTRACT EXPIRED AND NOKIA LUMEA PHONE WAS BOUGHT. PHONE FELL AND SCREEN CRACKED. WANTED TO CLAIM PHONE'S SCREEN BUT DECLINED DUE TO CELLPHONE NOT ON INSURANCE.
NEW PHONE WAS NOT ON INSURANCE BUT OLD PHONE WAS STILL ON INSURANCE. MTN THEN SEND THROUGH THE RELEVANT PAPERWORK TO HEAD OFFICE THAT NEW PHONE WAS BOUGHT AND MUST BE PUT ON INSURANCE. AFTER 4 WEEKS NO FEEDBACK. I HAD TO STOP PERSONALLY AT MTN BRITS AND AFTER A LOT OF ENQUIRIES ETC NO FEEDBACK. AFTER NUMEROUS PROMISES AND "I WILL CALL YOU BACK" NOTHING HAPPENED.
I ASKED IF DANETTE COULD SEND ME THE EMAIL OF THE CLAIM AS EVIDENCE BUT TILL NOW HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. BUT THE INSURANCE IS TAKING THEIR MONEY EVERY MONTH. ACCORDING TO DANETTE IT IS THE CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY TO PUT NEW PHONE ON INSURANCE?
