Nov 2011 i called the vodacom callcentre contract department, due to the fact that the fax at Campus Square Branch was not working to load vodacom insurance on two lines 0764843682 and 0824127067. It happened that one of my fones got on the 18 July 2013, called the vodacom callcentre to put in my insurance claim and was told i have insurance protector instead of insurance for the phone. "First time i ever heard about that insurance" According to what was discussed between myself and the agent was insurance will be load between the value of R3000 - R5000. Have been paying for this for two years that is of no benefit to me at all, and now i WANT a new phone from my insurance because i have been paying for it.
