I am a contract holder at mtn with 3 contracts! I called in the stores, the call centre only to be transferred cos sales cant help me cos they deal with contracts, cs cant help me, the store at Clearwater DOES NOT answer their phone!!! NOBODY can tell me a simple thing such as how much a pre-paid modem is!!! 12 calls later and still nothing. Guess u guys seriously employ monkeys to represent ur brand... utterly disgusted!
