More than 2 years ago I took out 2 contracts, cell phone contracts. Never had a single problem because we never used them for the cell phone, we got them cause there was a laptop included in the deal.
We decided to renew the contracts, thinking Vodacom have come a long way and I have only had good things.
I renewed them and changed them to data contracts 2gig with free wifi modem. This was on the 10 August 2013. Nobody told me that the upgrade would be valid from the 1 September only, so I waited patiently.
After online chats, telephone calls etc I was advised of the renewal date. Still unable to use the Internet as my PC could connect to the modem but said that I had no Internet access I waited patiently, until yesterday.
4 people later, 6 telephone calls I was told I used R8000 plus worth of data.
So please explain how it is possible that 2gig contract could exceed to this value??
I was told when I reached the 2gig I could topup?? I was to by every person I have spoken to at Vodacom, disgusted!!! I still have not heard from Vodacom 24 hours later, I still have not received an SMS I was promised? AND MORE,!!!
