Staff have Bad Attitude, unfriendly, pass the buck

Its been my second time that I have been met with appaulling customer service at the MTN store at Woodmead centre. I needed to inquire about upgrading my data packing, The sales person that I spoke to (i unfortunately did not get his name) was more concerned about texting on his phone, not even looking up at me, and just handed me a store brochure. None of the other sales people were available, so I left. After some pondering, I decided to cancel my MTN data contract and yesterday when I was at Woodmead centre again, I thought I would give them one more chance. The Indian lady who was the only sales person in the store, was very unhelpful. Her body language and facial expression seemed to display annoyance. She just told me, that they don't handle cancellations of contracts and that I must call 808 and ask them. I argued with her and said, they suppose to deal with contracts and what If I wanted to upgrade instead, would you have helped me then? She rudely replied saying, they don't deal with contracts I must call 808.She then looked down, to indicate "I am now done with you". I then went to Vodacom and got fantastic friendly and efficient service. Cheers MTN, never again!
