I am actually with MTN..
I have 2 contracts with MTN, one contract expired in March. I went to the Melrose arch store to cancel the contract and I was referred to phone the contact center. In March I went to the Clearwater mall, I was told the people from MTN comes on Mondays and then to Randfontein store.
The Randfontein phoned the call center however I kept on being transferred until my call was cut. That was in March. Westgate shopping could not help either until I managed to get through the Call center again in Pretoria central store,
The consultant was more interested in giving me a new contract rather than cancel the contract. My bill has come through again for May and I am still being billed. If you can cancel the two contracts and please advise me on how much I need to pay because I am just now.
PLEASE CANCEL THE TWO CONTRACTS AND ADVISE ME OF HOW MUCH I OWE YOU so we can depart in peace.
