I am extremely upset, I went online to get a new cellphone contract, i requested, as well as a contract for a tablet, no where on the website does it say you cannot take out 2 seperate contracts at once, i was supposed to recieve a call from a sales consultant and i did not, so i called back, i was transferred 3 times, then when got to online contracts and i told the lady she said i am not allowed to have 2 contracts at the same time until the one has a been activated, when i said no one told me this she slammed the phone down on me. How disgusting!!! this is how customers are treated, PATHETIC!!! I am going to MTN!!!
