I was sold a contract telephonically on the 4 Dec by a consultant from Nashua mobile and the phone came four to 5 days after we had spoken, when the phone arrived it had a problem and had to be sent back as "out of box failed" and up until today I have not received the phone back, I called the call centre but was transferred from 1 to another and when I finally decided to cancel my contract with them I was informed I am to pay a cancellation fee of R2074.00 -when I've only had the phone in my position for a period of max 7 days.
