I have been waiting on the call for over 10 min (31st May), and no answer!
Prior to this I have called 111 for guidance on whether Vodacom will match contract deals, the consultant then forwarded me to the contracts department.
After explaining my request I was then transferred to the sales department, where I waited for 9min before the line went dead.
I have been a loyal customer for years, and my contract just ended and become pre-paid this morning, and if Vodacom does not want to retain me and my wife as a customers then that's what they will get!
On the call for over 14min now!!
