Poor after sales service from 2 big stores

I bought 2 new dell laptops on a special deal including 3g modems and prepaid sim cards. on 5 October 2013. to this date the modems have not worked and my 2gig contract has never been used because the modem has never worked since the purchase of both these items on 5 October 2013. with the result I have. paid for 2 months and received no data service. When I contacted the store I was told to go to vodacom. vodacom does not help either.
Now 2 months later after many calls and visits to incredible connectionn and vodacom stores I am left with 2 laptops and 2 x 3g modems that do not work and a 2 year contract with vodacom that is useless but I am still paying R500 per month for these 2 contracts.
Can somebody please help me!!!
