My debit order failed as my salary was deposited a day later dew to internet issues at work! i Bank with Nedbank and my company is with ABSA so there is another delay. I called 8ta to explain and confirmed with them that the second debit order would go off as it was stated in the contract. within this time i had been having tremendous issues with their signal and had called in a few times to query that and no one said anything about my account being suspended! Eventually i was told that i would need a sim swop as mine was faulty. I had to make time now to go in and do the swop as i work for a medical doctor! on the 28/12/2013 my cell stopped working all together no incoming or outgoing calls. no one let met know!! I was at the telkom shop menlyn very rude and abrupt people no-one willing to really help. there is no demarcation so you don"t no where to go and then they send me to and fro. Eventually being helped by one and told it would take 24 hours before the phone would work again. Management stand chatting not really worried about their customers. I am after all a paying cutomer and get treated in such a manner!
