I just received my month end MTN bill and i'm in shock!
As of 29th December 2013 Mira Networks (cloudy alerts/Big mobile/kwaai.co) have billed me for a daily service on my MTN account at R10/day.
I NEVER subscribed to their service, nor have I received a "welcome message" to say I was on their service, been sent any details of the service or ever received the actual content I have been billed for.
I have sent them a month ago a STOP sms and still today i find that they have still been billing for a service im not aware of nor did i subscribe to it!
This is criminal and they should be sued for. Thus far i have lost approximately (that i am aware of) R500-00 which i want refunded to me.
Who is the cell phone ombudsman/authority i can report them to?
I am extremely angry at this daylight!!! HOW WAS THIS AUTHORISED?
