I noticed a content charge on my cell phone account and called my cell phone provider to query what this was. I was told this was a charge by Mira Networks. I then contacted Mira Networks who told me I subscribed to a service on the 4th of October, which I am not aware of.
I then went back to review my records and found I received a sms on the 4th of October saying I received a private photo invite and that I must click to open. I clicked and was directed to the internet, saw a raunchy photo and closed it immediately. In no way did I subscribe or agree to any charges.
When I explained this to Mira Networks, they said they would email Flexyville who is the company charging me and ask them to contact me and for me to discuss a refund with them.
I find this unacceptable, as I was charged by Mira, confirmed that I in no way subscribed to this service, and Mira is now passing the buck, refusing to give me a refund.
Give me a refund Mira, you had no right to make the deduction, and if you are dealing with dishonest and dubious suppliers, this is your problem, not the consumers problem!!
