I just received my month end MTN bill and i'm in shock!
As of 05 October 2013 Mira Networks [URL Removed] have billed me for a daily service on my MTN account at R10/day.
I NEVER subscribed to their service, nor have I recieved a "welcome message" to say I was on their service, been sent any details of the service or ever received the actual content I have been billed for.
I have tried contacting the service provider on 27861106472 and 27114471801 but it it an automated system only giving you an option to un-subscribe.
This is unacceptable as I want the amount billed to date (R230.00) refunded to me with immediate effect.
How can this happen!!! How are they allowed to take money off your cell account? Surely if I wanted a service they would need my credit card or bank details for payment. How does this get authorised and I only find out a month later because of my mobile bill?
This is. I am very angry and annoyed.
