For the past 4 weeks now my internet is very slow, with pings ranging from 600 - 1000 every day.
I am situated in the Krugersdorp area (011-664)
I did report the fault a couple of times and every time I'm told the matter is moved to the appropriate department and the next day it's fixed, yea right.
This is apparently the result of the recent line upgrades that was not performed correctly and the problem is sitting at our exchange.
Is Telkom planning to do anything about it or do I have to pay for another month with this inadequate service?
