Unauthorized billing on my MTN cellphone account

I suddenly got an sms from Mira Networks reminding me that I am subscribed to Top Photo at a cost of R7 per day. I immediately contacted MTN to find out what this is and discovered that they have been billing me R7 per day since 1 November 2013. When I contacted Mira Networks I was told that they are only a billing platform for "content" and that the "content" was being billed by a company called US Cellcom. I did not authorise this at all, but somehow Mira Networks has the ability to bill me and take money from me without my permission. (I call this) I was referred to US Cellcom who are apparently providing me with content (which I never agreed to nor received) I asked for my money back and was told to lodge a complaint with WASPA and this would be investigated. Please don't give me the run around! You took my money without asking. Now give it back without me having to jump through hoops! And please explain to me who gave Mira Networks the right to do what they do! And dear Hello Peter I am NOT a customer of Mira Networks. Customer implies you willing spent your money, not that it was just taken from you. I would describe myself as a victim of
