I was billed for content purchasing on the 20th of November 2013, once I contacted my cellphone services they informed me that I joined MIRA Networks, which I did not do. Who gives MIRA Networks the right to bill me, and I would like to know where is the confirmation where I subscribed with them.

I tried contacting MIRA Networks to no prevail, their ""customer"" services is pathetic.

I would like them to refund me all charges they have billed me.
