Missing Airtime

Airtime dissapeared from my account, called MTN to find out how/why yesterday? Was told that the money has been deducted by Mira Networks for "content" I did not request. When I asked how MTN could allow it without my permission was told that sometimes even just opening an sms subscribes you, how is this possible? Was also informed that they would send a message to have the "subscription" cancelled but that this would take 48 hours, was told I had to sort it out with Mira, and that I could also *141*5# and block content billing, so I did. Needless to say more money went off my account today, so from R60 I now just have R10 without having used any of it. Called MTN again and was told that they have confirmation on their system from Mira that I had subscribed on 12/9 (note this is not confirmation from me) and that they don't control the websites people visit, effectively saying it's my fault even though I know I didn't subscribe (I'm the only one that uses the phone). I have an account with and payin MTN, but they tell me they can't block Mira from taking my airtime? I buy airtime from MTN, Mira takes it and MTN allow& do nothing. I've lost almost R400, how do Iget my airtime back?
