When i checked my billing account from Vodacom on my number 0716031712, my bill was very very huge compared to what i usually pay. I usually pay R99/month for my vodacom modem 1GB/month. In the billing for October and November 2013, i was billed for R294.99 (R195.99 for Mira networks) for both months. I was very very angry on why i was billed so much. To my surprised Vodacom said they see that I`m subscribed to Mira Networks. I have never subscribed to Mira Networks at anytime, why would I subscribe to something i don't know what it does, what is its benefits; meaning mira networks.
I am so disappointed that a big company like Mira networks can just subscribed itself into my number without asking me first. I have asked Vodacom to unsubscribed me from Mira netwrrks and the ref was 5459370, 2341166. I would like Mira networks to refund me the money i was billed for the 2 months as i didn't at anytime subscribe to their site and the amouhnts were very huge.
