On my Vodacom bill I am being billed for so-called "Content Services" by Mira Networks for something that I did NOT subscribe to, at least not willingly. And if this can happen inadvertently, this really worries me. Unfortunately one only sees this amount when you are invoiced when it is a little late.
Mira never communicated with me to tell me that I have subscribed, neither did Vodacom. Is this legal?? Surely someone has to ensure that the moneys recovered from my bank account is correct and authorised?
A simple internet search on "Mira networks billing" produces a long list of complaints about incorrect billing by this organisation. Why on earth are they allowed to still do business? They are obviously not above board when there are so many complaints (and not only on Hello Peter!!).
