My ADSL exchange is congested. From 8am (almost exactly, every day, I checked my pings) to 5/7pm I CANNOT use my internet properly.
My pings, both local and international, shoot up to around 800ms, and any form of traffic is ridiculously slow.
Telkom, you NEED to fix your exchange.
