Existing clients over charged

Afrihost reduced their prices near the end of Novemeber, but current customers as still being charged the old rates.

I emailed support about my Dec 2013 invoices still stating R597 for my 2Mb Business Uncapped Bundle and not the new R497. Ronny replied and said I should wait for my Jan 2014 invoice. Bad bad service and reply from IHO an untrained support agent. How can you tell you client to wait and just pay the old rates.

Come my Jan 2014 invoice now and guess what, still R597 and not R497. This is getting ridiculous!
Having mailed support to query and told to wait is not way to treat a loyal customer. And even after waiting (and OVER CHARGING) the loyal customer he get another invoices that will still over charge him.

Don't know what is happening with Afrihost, but this is disgusting service. Feels like they are slipping more and more every couple of months.
