I've got a contract with mtn, when I was on bussines in Cape Town my phone gave some trouble, I gave it in at the above mentioned mtn. they replaced my old phone with a "new" phone. back at home that phone started giving me trouble, I couldn't receive or make any calls nor could I sms or mms. I gave it in at our local branch where my contract is held, at i'llanga Mall in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. it came back with a report from Johannesburg that said the phone is blacklisted??? can mtn supply me with some answers please???
