Firstly - contract phone broke, sent in to be repaired, couldn't fix so replaced. New phone not working as phone was blacklisted?? sorted out. I got a new contract with a Samsung where all info was not given at time of signing contract. First two months had a huge bill of almost double. Phone then broke sent to be repaired (meant to take max 1 month) still not phone back. Whilst Samsung in for repairs tried to use my blackberry (mentioned above) will not take my sim card as phone has been blacklisted again. Nashua continue to blacklist a phone that they gave me to replace the broken one. Trying to get out of the new contract with the Samsung due to lack of information given, bad service and I have hardly had the phone but have paid for a few months for contract... What must one do to get stuff sorted out! They are more then happy to keep taking the money each month. I am paying for an expensive phone monthly and have been forced to use a cheap Nokia which I had to borrow from a friend as my blackberry from Nashua is still blacklisted!
