I have a contract with MTN, i bought my phone last year August, then October the battery started to get swollen and it pushed the screen out. i phoned MTN insurance for 6 times without getting through, all you will here is music for 1 hour, until you give up. I had to call other department and they gave me Tammy Pillay 's email address, I explained my problem to her and she referred me to SP Mobile Plus, then we arranged with Smart phone mobile plus to come and collect the phone on Thursday, then on Friday the phoned me to tell that their courier got hijack then I must claim with my insurance for a new phone. I refused to do so, then the lady said its ok they will claim from their insurance and I will receive a new phone .after few weeks they gave me a phone but that phone was been used by Bokang Letswalo, I saw SMS and whatsapp, I there for returned the phone then they gave me another used phone, I then returned it back too . after I fought with them they eventually gave me a new phone . but that phone worked for 2 months now the phone is blacklisted, I phoned MTN to find who blacklisted the phone, they told me Telkom mobile blacklisted the Phone due to.
