I upgraded my contract with Zewenwacht branch, and got a new BB. After a week i had endless problems with the phone. I went back to Zewenwacht and they just brushed me off and said i must to the repair center in Tygervalley. I went to the repair center, they fiddled with my phone, even though i insisted they book it in and try and have it sorted. I then had to come back the next day because there was no "Technician" to book the phone in and give me a loan phone. Eventually after a few days, they phoned to say they couldn't fix the phone and gave me a "new" phone.By the time i got home, the "new" phone had the same issue and even more problems than the first phone. I took it back, they gave me a loan phone. And believe it or not, when i got home the loan phone was broken. They then gave me a new loan phone. All this back and forth has cost me a lot of my time, energy and frustration to go back and forth. I am unable to load any of my "stuff" on the phone, i can't get phone calls. All i want is too just have a phone that works with no problems... i explained to the lady that i want the contract cancelled and want a new contract with another phone (not Blackberry)
