I am being charged for [URL Removed] and Integrat for music and games that are downloaded at R7 a day and I have never downloaded any games or music. This subscription service was never discussed with me when I took out my contract and I have never applied to a subscription service. I went to MTN at Somerset Mall to find out what was going on and to cancel the subscription, but they did not want to help me and simply told me to figure it out on my own. I demand that these charges be stopped and I want to be credited for all the months MTN has allowed this service to be deducted from my account.
