I am an unhappy Cell C Customer, Somewhere around in August I took my Samsung phone to Cell C for them to unblock my phone as it was blocked b'cos the phone password was tempered with more than 3 times, A guy by the name of Nhlanhla in cell C Jabulani mall was assisting me, he advised that I leave the phone and will fetch it the next day as he was busy with it trying to reset it after he unblocked it, I went the next day, he said he is still busy with it and I went the day after, the store can even check the video footages. I took the phone and had it on me, didn't use it, as I using another phone, in September I gave the phone to my nephew, he gave it back complaining about the sound volume and the speaker as people cant hear him, in November I took it to cell C Randburg, they called me after 2 weeks to come take the phone as Cell C head office gave feedback that its not a cell C phone. When back to Jabulani and i still didnt get no help or answers as to what happend to my real phone, i dodnt wanna get into trouble as the phone i have its not mine, the IME number its not the same as the 1 on Cell C records. I want my phone back.
