Once again I have to result to hellpeter to get any response from 8ta. At the start of the month I had lodged a compliant about my data and incorrect billing on my September bill of R200.i have been calling every other day to find out if it as been reversed. I was contacted by 8ta and the lady said they will fix it. When I call to find out if it has been done, they inform me that the case has been closed and I understood, this is not the case I actually told her that I don't accept it and they need to correct it. I call today again and the same story has been told. Why must I pay a connection fee after 2 years of my contract and I had upgraded months ago. I want this reversed as I don't accept this charge when I am in my third year of the contract.
