My wife took out a new Vodacom contract and chose a SAMSUNG Galaxy Chat phone. I swapped phones with my wife. Used the phone for month and started giving problems. I cannot make or receive any calls. Took the phone to Groblersdal branch and it was sent off for repairs. 2 week later received the phone back and within a day the problem started again. Took the phone back and it was sent off for repairs again. Received my phone back just to see after a week that the problem started again. The shop owner of the Groblersdal branch said that the problem is with the old sim card which I replaced and used it for a week. The problem still persisted. I took the phone back for the third time. Three weeks later it came back. The Groblersdal branch did not even bother to contact me to inform that it has arrived. Picked it up and within the first hour of use the problem came up again. Took it back and asked the lady behind the counter at the Vodacom shop to try and make a call with this broken phone and she couldn't. Her response was "We will just have to send it off again" 5 month old phone going in for the fourth time for repairs? I insist on receiving a new phone. Job Number 9266309
