Went to MTN on the 10th December to have my Samsung s4 repaired. After 48hr I called MTN to confirm that the assessment warranty on my phone was activated. I was told that it would be changed to a repair and the phone would be sent back to the claremont branch. After 7 to 10 working days I would be notified. Yesterday the 27th December I decided to call the claremont mtn branch only to quickly discover they firstly just don't answer their phone. Today the 28th December I went to the branch and shockingly discovered that my phone was indeed at the branch but had just been sitting there for 2 weeks. It was only sent off today for repair and now I'm forced to wait another 7 to 10 days. The staff was annoyingly blaze and at no point did I receive an apology. Just a don't worry 7 days is more long.
