This is the 2nd time I am writing a report regarding MTN. After waiting almost a month for a simple battery repair and getting a generic response from MTN on Hello Peter I received a voice mail yesterday from the MTN branch in tygervalley to say my phone is finally repaired. The problem is I dropped my phone at the claremont branch. After spending a half hr trying to call the tygervalley and claremont branches as well as the customer care line I was eventually forced to go physically to the branch because at both branches they they simply do not answer their phones. When I arrived at the claremont branch the manager was quick to pass the buck and blame the courier service and was very shocked that my phone just sat in his branch for two weeks with nothing being done. At no point did he take responsibility or was their an apology. Just a I can't promise u anything but your phone should arrive by the end of next week. The level of professionalism is disgusting. No one seems to care that I am without my phone which I continue pay for almost a month.
