A month ago I signed for a contract upgrade, took an S3 which died on me over the weekend. Make contact with a branch & I am told that it'll take 7 working days to assess the phone unless I take it to the repair centre myself which I did. The repair centre then tells me that a replacement phone is approved & that I need to collect a new unit AT THE SAME BRANCH I GOT THE ORIGINAL from so I call that branch only for the branch Manager Ettiene Sterkfontein (011) 482 9790 to tell me that he cannot assist me I should get the phone from the repair centre, call the repair centre they tell me to get the phone from the branch, call the branch they say they cant & that they will follow up for me & get back to me which they havent & even if they did want to help me they have no stock of the phone & cant tell me exactly when they might get stock? OH I just called back now to get feedback & it seems the store manager is on a half days leave today.
I just want the phone I'm paying for guys! its not rocket science phone fails within warentee & I should get another no questions asked if not then
Rather keep the phone, Cancel the contract & let us move on.
