On the 3rd of december 2013 i went to bfn nashua mobile in middestad. I receive the phone and it was a out of box failure which i return within my 7 day time limit. That was the 9th. I made enquiries about the phone but no response and no feedback from the shop. So i upgrade and it is now 3 weeks without a phone - pathetic. I am years a customer of nashua mobile and is this how you treat your customers? Customer service is non existant.
