VODACOM MAT & MAY WATER DAMAGE...
I bought a blackberry torch white in December last year 2013, Two moths are ago it started giving me problems when charging and I thought it was a charger but wasn't sure, the phone eventually switched off while on use and never switched on again and it wasn't charging at all. I took it back to Mat & May where the phone was purchased and they sent it for repairs two weeks later they phoned me to pick up the phone and I was told that the phone is fixed and I was given a new battery. I used the phone for two weeks after repairs and I experienced the same problem. I took it back again this time it took them longer than 3 weeks to get back to me. I was suspicious that something was wrong eventually I was telephoned by the lady who assisted me with this problem. She informed me that she contacted Vodacom and she was told that the phone had a WATER DAMAGE and cannot be fixed. Their solution was to offer me a refurbished blackberry for over R3000 of which I found ridiculously unfair and refused to pay. I felt cheated and misused. This was a day light.
