Unacceptable service

My salary was paid in late in my account so I knew my debit order for vodacom was not going to go through. I went to make enquires as to if it would be ok for me to pay the money for my contract in manually. The lady who helped me with the account information did not inform me that regardless if I pay the account manually there would still be a charge of R100 to my account for the debit order not going through. I am very upset because R100 is a lot of money, I could have been adviced to pay the money into my account instead of paying the money in manually. I don't have that money to through away. Even more upset cause I paid the money in on the 22 Noverber at Nedbank & the debit order only goes off on the 25th.
