Debit order information incorrectly captured

When i first applied for a line through Telkom i requested a debit order as i did not want to go manually pay it i thought them taking it off ever month would be perfect so i had given my information and the lady that i dealt with repeated everything to me. 2 months later and i get a phone call from telkom saying that i have not been paying my account and when i enquired about my debit order they said that there is nothing on the system so i asked for a payment extension as i did not have any money in my account as i was contacted about this in the middle of the month, so after my payment extension was approved another lady recaptured my information and so that was that.

I have now received an sms way after my payday that telkom has tried to take off money but due to there being none it had been declined, when i phoned them to enquire what is going on as this is the third time i am having to phone, it seems that all debit order details where correct except the date i requested the money to be taken off, now i owe what looks like three months worth of bills and i am being told that if i do not pay it in 15 days my account will be cut.
