I went to FNB to cancel two of my debit orders as I will be out of the country and I am using a different account that side and I pay my debit orders manually. I was charged to cancel the debit order but it still went of this morning. So now they paid MTN and I paid them manually. I want that amount reversed. Otherwise I will just have to take my accounts elsewhere. How can they charge me R87 to stop it and then still allow the debit order to go through after the consultant assured me that it wont. If these debit orders are not reversed I will go to FNB and cancel my accounts with them. Both personal account and our business account will be moved.
