I phone the guy.
Tell him im an IT tech I have been to the site a few time troubleshooted everything and he tells me to do a speedtest. Due to flash problems it took a while to do the speedtest.
Now the line is slow and I want it to be dropped from a 6meg to a 4 meg.
So we can test and see if that helps.
So he begins with logging a call. I never asked you to log a call Im stil toubleshooting it myself.
So he starts getting agro I must call from site .. Ive been all over the site.
Ive tested everything just do as I ask. If we pay for it then we do. Aslong as it gets fixed.
So he gets to be agro but when I tell him his me of he wants to end the call.
And I must phone back...
There is an problem log the fault??
And reduce the speed as I asked.
