In 2007 I terminated my Meg500 account with Vodacom because they debited me with usage which I did not use - since I was away in Germany (September) at the time. Since then, they've harassed me, only stopping some 3 years ago after unsuccessfully trying to extort money from me through Van de Venter, their debt collectors posing as lawyers. The matter seemed to have died down until 2 days ago when I tried to enter into an cell phone contract with MTN - only to have it turned down because of - in Transunion's report -? bad repayment history. Vodacom is behind this because my credit record is unblemished. I hereby demand the removal of my name from Transunion's lists and a written apology from Vodacom as well as an undertaking from that they will stop from their customers.
