I took out two contracts in 2009, in 2012 there were discrepancies which actually turned out to be Vodacom's fault! I still ended up with the of having someone phone and threaten me and my family. Nice choice Vodacom for debt collectors. I have emails from the debt collector apologizing for Vodacom's mix up. It turned out that Vodacom owed me money, but some genius allocated the amount to the debit instead of the credit.
I ended up paying reactivation fees and a deposit of R1180, I have emails and statements as proof. I was told after three months this would be given back to me, to date I have received nothing. My account debited every month. So I try to phone and find out what is happening, only to be told my account expires in September 2014. When did this become a 3 year contract.
Every time I am transferred to the accounts department the call is always cut.
I need this sorted as I want new contracts and this just reminded me why I am going to Cell C.
