I phoned Nashua on Saturday 2013/12/20 as my d/o due for the 2013/12/15 did not run, & a incompetent agent advised me that I need to pay manually for 3 months before my d/o can be reinstated due to the previous month's do returning. I made a manual payment at the end of November and when confirming that POP was received I've requested for my d/o to be reinstated (which was not done).
I've asked the agent last week Saturday to put me through to some one senior as advised he could not resolve my query to take a MDO. He transferred me to Matt who promises to request for the MDO (and increase the limit in order to unblock my husband's line, also not done). Via their credit department & will email me on the process as I advised him I can't take calls.
Charlotte from the credit dept call me on Monday and promised to request a MDO for R981.15 to run on the 2013/12/24, was not done either as per Ayanda who I spoke to on Friday & according to her my account is up to date (NOT POSSIBLE) & advise the d/o was reinstated & should I want them to load a MDO the amt will now increase (interest?). I insisted to let her manager call me back; she said Sharon will call me???
