I took out a data contract with a router, the router was suggested by a mtn employee. I needed the router for my dvr. I received it late on thursday 19 Dec 13 the router was not compatible with my dvr, I tried to resolve the problem with mtn but they where not interested in helping me, I ended up buying another router with a prepaid sim from a different service provider. I no longer have a need or want of the contract. Mtn is refusing to cancel the contract I've tried at Mtn Boksburg on sat 21 Dec, I've tried at Mtn Richardsbay (Riverwalk mall) I've even sat an hour at Mtn Richardsbay main Mtn no luck, and don't waste your time (20min) phoning 808
