DISGUSTING SERVICE

I applied for a contract with MTN for a Wi-Fi Router for our home. I explained to the consultant, that we may need a booster because the house is a double storey. I was informed, to take the router and if a booster is required to call in, a technician will come out and install a router at no additional cost.

I have called MTN, only to be transferred to 10 different people or departments. I have been informed that I would need to pay an additional R2000 for the booster. I have sent emails for nearly one month now and to date I have still not received a response or a booster.

I regret taking out this contract with MTN, the service and staff are appalling!!! If it was not for this contract, I would cancel any contracts I have with MTN.
