I have a MTN Broadband Lite contract with a Huawei B683 router from MTN.
I have to reset my router very often and the signal is very weak, I have noticed that since wednesday 17 April at around 13h30 I have no internet or data connections available.
I have moved to MTN from another network and this is the sort of service I get. I am very dissapointed with the coverage I get from MTN Data, the router shows that I only get WCDMA and now and again it will connect using HSPA but very seldom.
I can also not use the external antenna feature as the router does not allow tis setting.
I am very sorry but I will not pay the full amount for this months subscrpition as I do not receive the full bennefits from MTN that is stipulated in my contract that I have with MTN.
