Cell c service very poo

I called Cell C a couple of weeks ago to enquire about my statement (ref. 1312050000245466); I was told I would be contacted but nothing to date. There were numerous unauthorised items labelled 'Internet' but I rarely ever use my phone for browsing. They couldn't tell me what they were and told me to call "Contact Services" who told me to leave a message or send an email - not acceptable. I'm due for an upgrade but will probably go back to Vodacom now.
